open a browser and visit aplogin.com or when connected to the wireless network on the settings screen within the apple device, there is a blue link under the network name that says blah blah blah something about the network, learn more. I was initially trying to set it up with a wireless laptop while using the supplied login page (aplogin.net) and the given IP address (192.168.0.100), and nothing seemed to work. Once I hooked up the WAC104 directily to the router through my desktop computer, it automatically assigned an IP address which enabled me to set up the unit.

Troubleshoot

Make sure the CAPS Lock is off.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Make sure the internet connection is avaiable and you’re definitely online before trying again.
Avoid using VPN.
