Go to www.mods.army.mil, click on MEDPROS, click on LOGIN TO MEDPROS, complete the Registration and click submit. Soldiers E-5 and below, DA civilians and contractors must be approved by the supervisor. Supervisor can send an email to the MODS help desk at mods-help@asmr.com.
