Status : OnlineYour account number: Your bill includes a 16-digit account number. Please have this number on hand when doing business with Memphis Light, Gas and Water. The account number is broken into two parts. The first nine digits are your customer number and will remain yours, even if you move away then back to the MLGW territory.
